The Cooperative Union will serve as an alternative to the conventional one which operate with interest (an idea that is abominable in Islam) Hence, this group is purely a Non-Interest Cooperative Union.

Aleniboro was officially launched in August, 2023, with its headquarters and meeting place at Lawal\'s Hall Alabi, Alasa Baba Isale Compound, Idi-Ape in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Aleniboro Membership is opened to both Muslims and Non-Muslim alike, the major criterial of being a member is integrity, truthfulness, honesty, faithfulness and commitment. Any member must be 18 years and above.
